Truthfully, these points are worth about .5 to .7 each now. And with blackout dates coming, perhaps less. Of course, bloggers have to shill for referrals, but give us accurate info please.

I stayed at a Marriot for 3 months, 3 months of pay for hotel expenses and I HAVENT SEEN ANY OF MY POINTS. I have been on and off with customer service since JUNE to get my account fixed. I was redirected several times, told several times of different problems with m account. The latest asking me for photo ID which I had provided upon arrival for my stay, even so I sent them photo ID over 2 weeks ago and NO RESPONSE. I am completely disgusted.

Easy to find as low as .2 these days. 1.0 is possible but very rare these days except at the very bottom and very top.

We were Marriott and Starwood members and Marriott buying out Starwood ruined it all. We could get a room with Starwood at any hotel for a reasonable amount of points. But now Marriott has jacked the points required up 2 times just since Aug 2018 when they merged plus they started the peak and off peak requiring even more points to redeem. Key West points required is astronomical compared to what it should be. I don’t really know why.
