I went to apply for the Chase Business Unlimited Card yesterday. I am a self employed piano teacher. It asked for a tax ID and wouldn’t let the application go through without it. I’ve never had this situation occur with other business cards, even the Chase Business card I already have.

How can I work around this? Where can I call?
