In reply to cece camara. Chase small business cards won't appear on your credit report, so they don't take up a 5/24 slot. In other words, if you're 4/24, you can apply for all the Chase cards you want and you'll still be 4/24. HOWEVER, if you've already applied for 5 personal cards in the past 24 months, Chase will not approve you for their small business cards. So Chase business cards don't take up any slots, but their approval rules are the same as any other Chase card. Let me know if that still doesn't make sense!

The way I am reading it - there is differing info in this article. One place says that the business card WILL take up a 5/24 slot. Another place says it will not. Which is correct?? both lines copied and pasted here.
#1-"The Southwest Premier Business Credit Card falls under Chase’s strict approval rules. If you’ve opened five or more credit cards within the past 24 months from any bank (except Chase business cards and certain other business credit cards), you will not be approved for the card." #2 - "Insider tip- Chase business cards won’t appear on your personal credit report, that means you can be approved for the Southwest Premier Business card without adding to your Chase 5/24 count."

Hey – I signed up for both the business cards. I received a letter stating I wasn’t able to get the sign up bonus on the newer one (Performance) because I already got the bonus on the old one (Premier). I called them and they told me that it is their policy that I couldn’t receive 2 bonuses on the same account. Any thoughts?

To be more clear on my prior comment I intended to add that if I earned some of my points in 2019 and the rest in 2020 to reach the 110,000 would that qualify me for the companion pass? Or would all of the 110,00 points have to be reached in 2019 in order to qualify.
