He has recently passed away. Now I am the main card holder (..4201) and have also applied and received a “Freedom” card (..8607) from Chase. My question is: can all the saved Rewards Points from this older joined account be transferred to my new Freedom Card or do I need to keep my old account too if that is still open? Please reply!!
Thank you very much.

I have to hunt around and go to a separate special webpage and enter my name and last 4 digits of card to see if I’m eligible to refer. Am I missing something? Is there an update for referring process? Thanks in advance.

Now Marriott says my 8,822 points are going to expire in March 2020. Anyway of keeping them alive if I don’t stay in a Marriott until then? Can you get points by dining or connecting your social media accounts to Marriott?

Ouch, so sorry to hear this Serge. It would have been nice if they could have extended some courtesy to you.

Have you found any new favorite hotels? Hyatt is one of my personal favorites.

I got denied a return of 2 free expired nights from there executive liaison because a agent gave it back to me last year. I explained I have had a lot going on the last 2.5 years including my dad being in the hospital for chronic lymphoma & have not been anywhere since Jan & even that was a quick trip, because I had to go back. I have had no chance to use them. The one chance I had I did use a free night so it didn’t expire.

I would stay with other brands like Radisson, Hyatt, Hilton ect.

Very Upset!!!

It’s possible, but it’s a pretty expensive way to beef up Alaska Miles. It would take 60,000 Chase points to get 25,000 Alaska pts. If you want the pts for Alaska flights you’d be better off transfering to Singapore and using Singapore miles to book Alaska flights. If you’re using it for Alaska award partners look for other UR partners.
